Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong item

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@twelvenotebrewco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
